A patient who had just seen a doctor asked the receptionist what the charges were."Twenty dollars for the first visit and ten dollars for subsequent visits"
Although it was his first visit,the patient said,"Here's ten dollars.This is my third visit for the same problem.May I have the presciption,please?"
The receptionist replied,"Just take the same medicine as the doctor prescribed before"
